2. My Khe Late afternoon 16:00-17:30 is the perfect window. No permit needed for small teams. Logistics difficulty: easy.
3. Han River Sunset 17:00-18:30 is the prettiest. No permit needed. Dragon Bridge and Tran Thi Ly Bridge make perfect backdrops.
