Studio questions, answered.
Can I rent equipment along with the studio?
Yes — CINEFY is also a rental house. Renting the studio together with camera, lighting, grip or audio gets you a discount versus renting them separately. See the Equipment Rental page for the full list.
What packages does the studio offer?
Hourly & block rates: first hour 600.000đ, 4-hour block 1.980.000đ, 8-hour block 3.560.000đ, full day (16h) 6.320.000đ. Podcast: 1 / 2 / 3-camera at 2.5M / 3M / 3.5M, and the Media Full Option (gear + space) at 4.999.000đ.
What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy?
One free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Free cancellation with 72+ hours’ notice (100% deposit refund).
How can I pay? Do you issue invoices?
Cash, bank transfer, QR, PayPal and Wise. We issue VAT invoices for company bookings. A 50% deposit secures your slot.
What’s included for free?
Free use of the colored backgrounds and a green screen (3×6m), plus a lighting setup — “3 continuous lights + 2 LED tubes” or “4 flash units + 2 LED tubes” — and staff support for the first 30 minutes of setup.
Is there an evening surcharge?
Yes — a 180.000đ/hr surcharge after 10:00 PM (or after midnight for full-day block bookings).
Is electricity included?
For hourly and 4-hour bookings, yes. 8-hour and full-day blocks exclude electricity — actual usage is billed at 5.000đ / kWh (typical shoots use modest amounts; heavy lighting setups use more). The meter reading is shared transparently at wrap.
Do you have backgrounds & green screen?
A white infinity wall plus paper rolls and wall backgrounds in many colors (please check your color in advance). All backgrounds are free to use, and a 3×6m green screen is included.
Is there a fee for large groups?
We don’t charge per crew member — capacity is 50+. Bookings with 40+ total people in the studio (talent & audience included) carry a one-time 1.000.000đ cleaning fee.
Do you provide furniture and props?
Yes — tables, chairs, shelves and basic props are free to use during your rental. For specific props, contact us in advance to check availability.
Is there a makeup / dressing room?
Yes — a private makeup and dressing area with lighted mirrors, tables and chairs to prepare before your shoot.
Is the studio air-conditioned?
Yes — a high-capacity air-conditioning system keeps it cool even with many lights or a large crew.
Is staff available for setup support?
A technician sets up your lighting free for the first 30 minutes. For more extensive setup, additional technicians are 100.000đ / hour / person.
How do I get to CINEFY?
Go to 179B Nguyễn Công Trứ, drive into the “Khu CN Kho 45” gate, turn right to the end of the road past the motorbike parking — CINEFY is the last warehouse inside. Open the map.
