1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why

Contact and project brief forms

Your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you need and what you write. It is stored in the website admin and emailed to CINEFY so we can reply and prepare a quote.

Studio and podcast bookings

Name, phone, email, project type, date and time, crew size and your booking code. We use it to hold the slot, send confirmation emails and add the session to our internal calendar.

Deposit payments

Bank transfers by VietQR are processed by your bank. CINEFY only receives the transfer notice (amount, time, transfer note) through the SePay reconciliation service to confirm the deposit. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal; we receive the payer name, email, transaction ID and amount. CINEFY never sees or stores card numbers.

Equipment rental list

The list you build stays in your own browser and only reaches CINEFY when you send it by WhatsApp, Zalo or email. A delivery address or location is used only if you type it or choose to share it. The address field sends the text you type to the open map service OpenStreetMap (Photon) to return suggestions.

Collecting rental equipment

Identity documents and the details on the rental agreement are handled as set out in the equipment rental policy.

Technical data

Our server and the Cloudflare security layer keep technical logs (IP address, browser, pages opened) to block attacks and keep the site stable. The site carries no advertising trackers.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and general actions (contact-button taps, booking steps reached, rental lists sent) in anonymised form so we can improve the site; it sets the _ga cookie and does not collect your name, email or phone number. You can block it by disabling cookies in your browser or with a tracker-blocking extension.

The site stores your language choice, the intro-screen state and your rental list in your browser. Embedded video from YouTube and Google Drive, and Google Maps, load only when you open them and follow Google’s own policies.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Google (email and calendar), SePay, PayPal, and the messaging app you choose to contact us on. CINEFY does not sell or rent personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept as transaction records for as long as Vietnamese accounting and tax rules require. Enquiries that never became a booking are deleted on request.

6. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. Write to hello@cinefy.com.vn; we respond within the time limits set by Vietnamese law.

7. Changes

When the way we handle data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top is revised.
