1. Is there equipment rental service beyond the studio package?
Package rentals are usually much more cost-effective than separate rentals. In addition to studio rental services, CINEFY is also a Rental House for film equipment with cinema cameras, lenses, lighting, and grip — all available for hire separately or as an add-on to your studio booking.
2. What is the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy?
CINEFY allows 1 schedule change with at least 24 hours notice, and free cancellation when notifying at least 72 hours in advance (100% deposit refund). Late cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
3. Are there Backgrounds, Backdrops & Green Screens?
CINEFY Studio has 2 white infinity walls, various paper backdrops in diverse colors (check in advance for specific colors). The studio also has green screens and black backdrops available for use.
4. Can the wall paint color in the Studio be changed?
Unlike many studios with limited customization, CINEFY provides a complete painting service with detailed quotes. After each project, the walls are repainted to restore original condition — giving you full creative freedom.
5. What are the payment methods? Are invoices provided?
CINEFY supports payment by cash, bank transfer, QR code scanning, PayPal, and Wise. For corporate clients, the studio provides VAT invoices.
6. Are basic tables, chairs, and props available?
Yes. The studio has tables, chairs, shelves, and basic props you can use free of charge during your rental period. If you need more specific props, contact us in advance to check availability.
7. What’s the difference between Share and Private packages?
Share Package: You use the studio space shared with a maximum of 2 other crews during the same time slot. Each crew is limited to 10 people.
Private Package: The studio is reserved exclusively for 1 crew with no limit on the number of people.
8. Does the Studio have a makeup room / changing room?
Yes. The studio has a makeup room and a separate changing area, fully equipped with lighted mirrors, tables, chairs, and proper space to prepare before your shoot.
9. Does the Studio have air conditioning?
Yes. The studio is equipped with a high-capacity air conditioning system, ensuring a cool and comfortable space throughout your shoot regardless of the weather.
10. Is there staff support for setup?
CINEFY provides free lighting and setup technical support for the first 30 minutes of the session. If your shoot requires more extensive setup, additional support can be arranged in advance.
11. How do I get to CINEFY Studio?
Go to 179B Nguyen Cong Tru address. Drive straight into the gate of Workshop 4 (the large factory gate), then continue to the back of the factory grounds — you'll see CINEFY Studio sign. Our studio is at the back of the complex.
