What’s included in each package?
Every package includes the cinema camera(s) & lens, broadcast audio, studio lighting, a teleprompter and a professional crew. Editing is not included — add a full-episode edit or social clips as optional add-ons. Higher packages simply add more camera angles.
How is the price calculated?
A per-hour rate × your recording hours. For example, the 2-Camera package at 3.0M/hr for 3 hours = 9.000.000đ. VAT 8% is added and a 50% deposit secures your slot.
How many people can join the session?
A lavalier mic is included per participant. From the 3rd person onward, +200.000đ / person covers the extra mic and channel.
Do you edit the episode?
Raw footage is delivered by default. You can add a full episode edit and a set of short vertical clips for social as add-ons during booking.
What microphones do you use?
Lavalier (clip-on), podcast desk mics or a boom — pick your preference when you book. All are broadcast-grade with clean, mixed audio.
Can we record late at night?
Yes — we’re open 24/7. Sessions touching 22:00–08:00 add a 180.000đ / hour overtime fee (the studio caretaker stays on duty).
What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy?
One free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, and free cancellation with 72+ hours’ notice (100% deposit refund).
How do we pay?
A 50% deposit by bank transfer / VietQR (MBBank) or PayPal locks your session; the balance is due on the day. We issue VAT invoices for companies.
We need more than 3 cameras — is that possible?
Absolutely. The 4+ Cameras package is custom — tap “Get a quote” and we’ll tailor the setup, crew and price to your show.
