Refund & Cancellation Policy

Studio & podcast bookings: cancellation & rescheduling

• Rescheduling: free one (1) time with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancel 72+ hours before: 100% deposit refund.
• Cancel 48 hours before: 20% of deposit is forfeited.
• Cancel 24 hours before: 50% of deposit is forfeited.
• Under 24 hours: 100% of deposit is forfeited.
• Bad weather (rain/storm): reschedule free within 7 days, or switch to indoor shooting with lighting support.

Equipment rental: cancellation & deposits

• Cancellation: no refunds. Once your booking is confirmed, the booking deposit is not refunded if you cancel or do not show up.
• Rescheduling: free with at least 72 hours' notice before pickup; your deposit moves to the new dates. Changes within 72 hours of pickup count as a cancellation.
• Security deposit: either a CINEFY technician or keeper joins the job, or a cash deposit of 80% of the equipment value, refunded in full within 24 hours when the gear comes back on time and in its original condition.
• ID: bring your original national ID (CCCD) or passport for verification; CINEFY keeps a copy only and never holds the original.

Payment methods & invoices

CINEFY accepts cash, bank transfer, QR code payment, PayPal and Wise. VAT invoices are available for corporate clients.
