Job Overview
The Studio Caretaker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation of the entire studio space. This role ensures every area, piece of equipment, and prop is ready for shoots, photo sessions, and events — while supporting the crew with setup, cleanup, and space preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organize all areas within the studio (shooting room, waiting area, storage, restroom)
Open and close the studio on schedule; ensure security and safety of all assets and equipment
Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment, lighting, furniture or props for shoots
Track and replenish consumables on time (water, cleaning supplies, small items). Support deliveries, transportation and proper waste disposal per regulations
Ensure the studio space is always clean, well-maintained and ready for use
Requirements
✅ Diligent, honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
✅ Able to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks
⭐ Preferred: passion for filmmaking, lighting, and technical work with a desire to grow long-term
⭐ Preferred: experience in studio operations or a similar working environment

Position Details
Work Hours
Full-time (2 shifts): Shift 1: 4h – Shift 2: 8h. Hours: 8:00–20:00. Monday to Sunday (1 flexible day off per week)
