A wedding podcast is a real podcast filmed live at your wedding. CINEFY sets up a small lit studio with two cameras in a corner of the reception, and a bilingual host invites guests to sit down and tell stories about the couple. CINEFY runs it in Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue and across central Vietnam with its own crew, gear and 360m² studio.

Office and studio: 179B Nguyen Cong Tru Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City 550000, Vietnam. WhatsApp and Zalo: +84 779 771 234.

What it is

The film keeps the moments. The podcast keeps the stories.

The wedding film covers the vows, the speeches and the first dance. The photos keep the moments. The stories usually drift away with the evening: grandparents on how they met, college friends on the story nobody else knows, parents with advice for the first year. A wedding podcast keeps exactly that part.

The format is already common at weddings in the US and Europe. CINEFY brings it to beach and garden weddings in Da Nang and Hoi An, where guests fly in from several cities and the two families sometimes speak two languages.

Destination weddings

Beach and garden weddings in Da Nang suit a podcast corner.

Weddings at beach resorts in Da Nang and Lang Co or in a Hoi An garden run all evening, with guests from several countries, many meeting for the first time. The podcast corner gives them a place to sit down, talk to each other and to you through the lens, while the party carries on.

What you get

Three ways to relive it, plus subtitles.

The full video

Every conversation, two cameras, studio lighting, uncut. Grandma’s whole story, start to finish.

A produced episode

The best moments edited into a 20 to 30 minute episode with music and chapters, as video and as audio for the phone.

Vertical clips

Short captioned clips for Reels, TikTok and Facebook. A sneak peek lands the next day; everything else in about four weeks.

Vietnamese and English subtitles

So both families and friends abroad can watch, especially at weddings with international guests or a bilingual couple.

How the day goes

How the evening runs, the party stays yours.

01 · Before

Send your date, venue and 8 to 12 questions for your guests (we have a starter list). We agree the corner with your planner or the resort’s events team.

02 · At the reception

Set up before guests arrive, away from the speakers; we pause for ceremonies, speeches and the first dance. The host invites guests in small groups and nobody has to be on camera.

03 · After

Sneak-peek clip within 24 hours. Full video, episode and clips in about four weeks. Nothing is posted publicly unless you say so.

The host

The difference from a recorder in the corner.

A warm, bilingual host who listens and asks the follow-up at the right moment, so the story goes further than the first answer. Shy guests start with an easy question; old friends are left to tell it their way. You pick the questions, the host handles the rest.

Corporate events

Year-end parties, galas and conferences too.

The same corner travels to year-end parties, galas, client conferences and openings in Da Nang: the host interviews staff, partners and guests, and the company gets an internal episode plus short clips for communications. Filming the stage programme is not part of this service. See corporate video production in Da Nang.

FEATURED REVIEW

“The equipment is truly top-tier, and the studio itself offers an impressive range of creative possibilities… It felt less like renting a studio and more like collaborating with a passionate creative team. We’ll definitely be back.”

I’m a psychotherapist from the UK and spent a whole day here. Amazing team, high-quality production, so friendly and kind, and great cameras. The level of English was amazing — better service than western production studios I have been to. Highly recommended, and I will be back.

Within five minutes, I knew he was my guy — his beautiful spirit, communication skills and amazing personality. We ended up working 15-hour days. His editing skills are superb… everyone was patient and always professional. In the future, I am going to fly him and the team to America whenever I have a project.

FAQ

Questions couples usually ask.

Will it be loud or disrupt the reception?
No. The corner sits away from the speakers, the crew follows your run sheet and pauses for ceremonies, speeches and the first dance. Guests drop in when they are free and the party carries on.
Do guests have to be on camera?
Never. Guests can say no, keep it short or skip it. The host reads the room, and nothing is posted publicly unless you agree.
Does it replace our wedding videographer?
No. The wedding film covers the vows, speeches and dancing; the podcast covers the stories. They complement each other, and CINEFY coordinates with your videographer on the day.
How much space and power do you need?
About 3 x 3 metres, ideally under cover. Lights and cameras run on batteries, so power is helpful but not required; if it rains the corner moves inside within minutes.
Can you come to Hoi An, Hue or Lang Co?
Yes. CINEFY is based in Da Nang and travels same-day to venues in Hoi An, Hue, Lang Co and across central Vietnam.
How much does a wedding podcast cost?
Every wedding is quoted individually, based on recording hours, venue and the post-production you want. Send your date and venue on WhatsApp +84 779 771 234 and we reply within one business day with an itemised quote.
When do we get the episode?
A sneak-peek clip within 24 hours. The full video, a 20 to 30 minute episode and the vertical clips in about four weeks.
