What a session actually looks like

What files do you take home after the session?

After the shoot you get the original camera files from every angle, separate audio files for every microphone, and the edit included in your package. The audio version for podcast platforms is exported on its own, because a file made for listening and a file made for watching are not the same format.

This is the part nobody asks about at booking and everybody hits at publishing. Apple Podcasts for Creators states that the platform accepts WAV, FLAC or MP3, recommends 128 kbps for stereo and 64 kbps for mono, and recommends AAC over MP3 for RSS feeds, checked 28 July 2026. In practice that means the listening version has to be its own export, not audio pulled out of a video file that has already been compressed.
